Why it's here
Proof that work goes through real distribution and review gates, not just to localhost.
GageFit is a coaching app for a fitness coach and their clients. Clients get a Today screen, workout logging, nutrition against targets, weekly check-ins and progress charts. The coach gets a roster, a weekly split editor per client, meal plans, a leaderboard and messaging, on the phone and in a web dashboard. Supabase handles auth and data, Vercel hosts the web side. It is on TestFlight and pending App Store review.
Two sides of one product
The client side is built around a single question each morning: what do I do today? The Today screen shows the day's workout or rest day, the week at a glance and a steps card. Nutrition tracks calories, protein, carbs, fat and water against the plan the coach assigned, with food search, saved meals and barcode scanning. Progress keeps a weight trend, personal records and every logged session. Once a week the app asks for a check-in: energy, adherence, soreness, sleep and a note for the coach.
The coach side turns those inputs into decisions. The roster shows each client's week and unread messages, the split editor sets which workout runs on which day, meal plans are built from calorie and macro targets, and a leaderboard ranks clients by consistency, weight change or check-ins over 30, 90 or all days. The same data is available in a web dashboard with per-client sessions, weight trend and check-in history.
Through the real gates
GageFit goes through actual distribution and review gates, a real TestFlight build and an App Store submission under review, not just a localhost demo. Shipping to a store is a different discipline from shipping to your own machine, and this is the proof it is a discipline that has been practiced.
